Removed escape HTML from category name in category lists.

1. create some category with some text, surrounded with strong tag in the category name field
2. confirm that this text is shown as bold in the grid of Website & Content → Structure & Data section
3. open any category for editing
4. click on the folder icon in the Points to Section field
5. confirm, that in the selector, that was opened, this text is shown as bold as well
