# go to {nav Configuration > Website > General} section
# change value of `Admin Console Interface` setting to `advanced` and save changes
# change value of `Admin Console Interface` setting to `simple` and save changes
# confirm, that when `simple` value was selected some sections in left frame were greyed out (when debug mode enabled) or disappeared (when debug mode was disabled) compared to when `advanced` value was selected
# go to {Tools > System Tools} section
# click on `Clear` button under `Clear Templates Cache` heading
# go to {nav Website & Content > Labels & Phrases} section
# confirm, that grid is visible
# open any phrase for editing
# confirm, that editing page looks as usual
