fixed new root category display

Test Plan

login to the adm. console
go to the Configuration → E-Commerce → General section
choose some new value for "Select Module Root Section" variable
press "Save" button in the toolbar, confirm that chosen new value for "Select Module Root Section" displays after page refresh
go to the Configuration → E-Commerce → Output section
go to the Configuration → E-Commerce → General section, confirm that chosen new value for "Select Module Root Section" displays after page refresh
