rINP16865: Fixes INP-1936 - Repair grid filter in the Group Selector popup

Test Plan

login to the Admin Console
go to the User Management → Users section
create a user (if there are no users yet)
open any user for editing
go to the Groups tab
click on the Add toolbar button to open the group selector
use grid filter on any non-empty column
confirm that data is filtered correctly (before nothing was filtered)
