Test Plan
  1. open Admin Console
  2. go to Configuration → Website → Themes section
  3. remove value from Stylesheet File field while editing current theme
  4. save changes
  5. go to Catalog & Website → Browse Website section
  6. select Content Mode (in top frame)
  7. confirm that:
    • content blocks opens on editing
    • the CKEditor is displayed and is operational
