rMINC16197: Fixes MINC-121 - Don't mix event variables during backorder fulfillment

Test Plan

create tangible product with enabled inventory tracking
place an order with that product from Front-End
confirm, that order ended up in Backorders tab in In-Commerce → Orders section
open product for editing and go to Inventory tab
add some (where some > needed qty in created order) product qty
save product record
confirm that order was moved from Backorders to To Ship tab in In-Commerce → Orders section
