rINP16266: Fixes INP-1454 - Check correct permissions during Catalog data export
Test Plan
  1. login as Administrator (not root) to the Admin Console
  2. go to Website & Content → Structure & Data section
  3. create Sub Products category in Products category
  4. create a tangible product in Products → Sub Products category
  5. go to Products category
  6. select Products tab
  7. select Export option in Tools menu
  8. confirm, that export dialog opens (before there was No Permission message at this point)
  9. enter filename to export to
  10. press Export button on toolbar
  11. click on exported file link after export is done
  12. confirm, that exported CSV file can be opened with a spreadsheet program (e.g. Excel)
