rINP16288: Fixes INP-1477 - Sort catalog items by primary key (id) during export

Test Plan

login in Admin Console as root
create vast category structure (e.g. A1, A1 > A2, A1 > A2 > A3, B1, B1 > B2, B1 > B2 > B3)
place products in each of the categories
perform product export (on Products tab) while in topmost category (Home)
confirm, that in exported file products are sorted:
- first by their hierarchy ASC
- then by their Id ASC
