NOTE: Test both clean install and upgrade.
NOTE: Test for each module individually.
- login to Admin Console
- go to Configuration → Module Name → Search section (replace Module Name with tested module)
- confirm, that Meta Keywords and Meta Description fields are present in there
- enable them for simple search and save changes
- go to Website & Content → Structure & Data → Module Category section (replace Module Category with primary module category)
- create sub-category in it
- in that sub-category create module item (e.g. product) with Meta Keywords and Meta Description fields filled in (the values must not overlap with other fields in same item)
- go to Front-End
- in search box on the left enter meta keywords
- confirm that module item was found using them
- in search box on the left enter meta description
- confirm that module item was found using them
