Test Plan

in IDE:
1. open /core/units/users/users_event_handler.php file for editing
2. go to OnAfterCopyToLive method declaration
3. add $this->Application->emailUser('USER.PSWDC', $event->getEventParam('id')); code before method ending
4. save changes
in Admin Console
1. go to User Management → Users section
2. create new user
3. remember ID of created user
4. go to Tools → Query Database section
5. type this SQL SELECT PwResetConfirm FROM {your_table_prefix}_Users WHERE PortalUserId = {your_user_id}
6. press Run SQL button on toolbar
7. confirm, that displayed value isn't empty
