Test Plan
NOTE: All actions to be performed in CLI.
  1. go to /system/cache folder
  2. confirm, that .gitignore file is present in there
  3. go to /tools folder
  4. run clear_cache.sh script
  5. go to /system/cache folder
  6. confirm, that .gitignore file is present in there
