rINP16619: Fixes INP-1727 - Don't pass any unit info in "No Permission" redirects

Test Plan

in Admin Console:
1. go to Website & Content → Structure & Data → Directory section
2. click on Sections tab
3. create Sub Directory category
4. go into created category
5. click on Links tab
6. create a link with Active status
on Front-End:
1. using top menu navigate to Directory → Sub Directory category
2. confirm, that created link is visible
3. click on link to open it's detail page
4. confirm, that detail page was opened correctly (means that link data is shown on it)
in Admin Console:
1. change created link status to Disabled
on Front-End:
1. reload link detail page
2. confirm, that redirect was made and No Permission page is shown
