Test Plan

open new section creation page by clicking on "New Section" toolbar button in catalog
enter any section name and remember value in "Order" dropdown and it's elements
click on "General" tab
confirm that value of "Order" dropdown and it's elements are the same as before
change value in "Order" dropdown to some other number (but not last)
click on "General" tab
confirm that value of "Order" dropdown and it's elements are the same as before (before last entry would vanish)
