Part 1 (checking c_Meta tag)
- in the Admin Console:
- go to Configuration → Website → Output section
- enter values for Default META Keywords and Default META description system settings
- go to Website & Content → Structure & Data section
- enter Directory category
- create sub-category with Meta Keywords and Meta Description fields filled-in
- enter created category
- create a link with with Meta Keywords and Meta Description fields filled-in and in Active status
- on the Front-End:
- go to Directory category
- confirm, that <meta tags show values from system settings
- go to sub-category of Directory category
- confirm, that <meta tags show values from that category
- go to link in that category
- confirm, that <meta tags show values from that link
Part 2 (main)
- in Admin Console:
- go to Website & Content → Structure & Data section
- select Articles tab
- go to any other section (e.g. Website & Content → Labels & Phrases)
- go to Website & Content → Structure & Data → Home section
- confirm, that Sections tab was auto-selected
- click on Products category
- confirm, that Products tab was auto-selected
- click on any 2nd level category (e.g. Platform → Page Not Found)
- confirm, that Sections tab was auto-selected
- click on Products tab
- click on Website & Content → Structure & Data section
- confirm, that Sections tab was auto-selected
- click on Products tab
- go to any other section (e.g. Website & Content → Labels & Phrases)
- go to Website & Content → Structure & Data section
- confirm, that Sections tab was auto-selected
- go to Configuration → Website → Output section
- uncheck Switch Catalog tabs based on Module setting
- re-login to Admin Console
- confirm, that none of above described tab auto-switching works
