- login to the Admin Console
- go to the E-commerce → Affiliates section
- on the Affiliate Plans tab create an affiliate plan
- on the Affiliate Payment Types tab create an affiliate payment type
- on the Affiliates tab create an affiliate by using an existing user and the above-created affiliate payment type and plan
- open created affiliate for editing
- use Pay Out toolbar button to create an affiliate payment record
- go to the E-commerce → Transactions section
- confirm that a grid record from the above-created pay out was created
- try filtering in the grid
- confirm, that data is filtered correctly (before nothing was filtered)

I'm aware of this issue (stumbled upon it when I was writing a test plan for this Differential Revision). This was happening before this Differential Revision as well.
Please accept this Differential Revision and submit a new Jira issue about the problem you've discovered.
