Shanged shipping e-mail input ability, removed Billing e-mail requirement on shipping step

Test Plan

go through front-end checkout process
confirm, that on Shipping Information step E-mail field was not required
go through front-end checkout process with filling not required E-mail field on Shipping Information step with value shipping@intechnic.com and with filling required E-mail field on Billing Information step with value billing@intechnic.com
confirm that on Order Preview step on the left, in the Shipping Information subsection is shown EmailAddress: shipping@intechnic.com and on the right, in the Billing Information subsection is shown EmailAddress: billing@intechnic.com
