erik accepted D258: INP-1595 - Allow uploading Microsoft Office 2007+ generated files in CKFinder.

Tested. For last 2 extension made fake files - changed extension of another type powerpoint file. All files, used in tests are attached to the related JIRA issue.

Detected another problem, where change in Filename and Template fields of a category wasn't causing cached fields build from above fields to be updated in it's sub-categories.
