Bug #0000268: Code Cleanup in 5.2.x branch

making all rewrite and non-rewrite methods located into separate classes with shared interface
moved UserGroups session variable setting for Guest users to Session class
getIndexFile method was called for rewrite urls, but it it's result was never used
method IsHTTPSRedirect moved from Session to kHTTPQuery class
