Bug #0001126: Implement Smart Filters

parameters "from_record" & "to_record" passed to page block, called from PrintPages tag
tag PerPageSelected wasn't able to detect is -1 per-page is selected
added $replace_table parameter to kDBList::extractCalculatedFields method allowing for %1$s to be replaced in tag result
