1. experimental profiler (not tested)
2. sql errors tracing
3. show/hide debugger links (special for MyIE2 & Maxthon browsers)
4. calls to depricated "trace()" method from debug.php removed
5. debugging styles moved to separate css file (define path in debug.php)
