rMINC16310: Fixes MINC-135 - Use shipping type from Order, when editing in Admin Console

Test Plan

in Admin Console:
1. create shipping type with zone, that covers all countries type set to handling
2. create tangible product
3. create user
on Front-End:
1. login using that user
2. add that product to cart
3. proceed with checkout
4. on shipping step confirm, that created shipping type is displayed in dropdown
5. finish checkout process
in Admin Console:
1. open order for editing
2. go to Shipping tab
3. confirm, that Original: <your shipping type name> record is present in shipping types dropdown and is selected
