Summary

Added missing "formatter" option

Test Plan

edit "promo_blocks/promo_block_edit.tpl" template - change block name from "inp_edit_options" to "inp_label" for "PromoBlockGroupId" field
go to Website & Content → Promo Blocks → Default Group
press "Add" button
confirm that add/edit form is opened and label "Default Group" is displayed for "Promo Block Group" field
