INP-1450 - Escape page urls in internal page dropdown of CKEditor

Details

Test Plan
  1. open website through the Website & ContentBrowse Site
  2. go to Content Mode (link in top frame)
  3. edit any content block
  4. write the example text insite content block
  5. select text word with a mouse
  6. click on the Link toolbar button (one that looks like a chain fragment) of the CKEditor
  7. select Internal Web Page as Link Type
  8. confirm, that Internal Page Name dropdown appeared and it's not empty
