MINL-18 - Change link categories automatically according to it's Listing Type

rMINL16316: Fixes MINL-18 - Link isn't added/removed to category specified in Listing Type
Test Plan
  1. go to Admin Console
  2. create new user record in User Management → Users section
  3. go to Website & Content → Structure & Data section
  4. go Directory category
  5. create Enhanced Directory and Sub Directory categories
  6. go to Configuration → Directory → Output section
  7. enable Enhanced Listings checkbox and save changes
  8. go to Directory → Paid Listings
  9. click on Listing Types tab
  10. create new listing type, that will have:
    • 1 hour duration
    • the Directory > Enhanced Directory set in Add To and Remove From fields at the form bottom
    • the checkboxes next to Add To and Remove From fields are checked
  11. go to Front-End
  12. login using user created before
  13. go to Directory → Sub Directory category using top menu
  14. press the Suggest Link link in the sidebox
  15. fill out link title & url
  16. select listing type created before in the Listing Type field
  17. create a link
  18. go to Admin Console
  19. go to Website & Content → Structure & Data section
  20. switch to Links tab
  21. confirm, that link is present in Directory → Sub Directory category
  22. confirm, that link isn't present in Directory → Enhanced Directory category
  23. go to Directory → Paid Listings
  24. confirm, that record for link created before is shown in Pending status in this grid
  25. select that record and press Approve button
  26. go to Website & Content → Structure & Data section
  27. switch to Links tab
  28. confirm, that link is present in Directory → Sub Directory category
  29. confirm, that link is present in Directory → Enhanced Directory category
  30. go to Directory → Paid Listings
  31. confirm, that record for link created before is shown in Active status in this grid
  32. select that record and press Decline button
  33. go to Website & Content → Structure & Data section
  34. switch to Links tab
  35. confirm, that link is present in Directory → Sub Directory category
  36. confirm, that link isn't present in Directory → Enhanced Directory category
