Test Plan

disable all modules but In-Portal and In-Commerce
run deploy from CLI
open front-end (on homepage)
confirm, that you have 3 warnings in debugger (before it would 6 warnings)
confirm, that amount of sections, shown in Admin Console (left frame) haven't changed (since time before patch was applied)
